Christina is a current undergraduate ('27), majoring in biochemistry. She is currently pursuing minors in American Sign Language (ASL), English, and History. She hopes to pursue an MD/PhD post-undergrad. She currently is working on a project on diabetic retinopathy in retinal pigmented epithelium (RPE) regeneration and observing the behaviors of mitochondria and the mitochondrial permeability transition pore (mPTP).
