My name is Yasaman Salmanpour. I am a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) and currently working as a Research Assistant. My work focuses on eye regeneration in zebrafish, which I find really fascinating. I’ve always loved animals, and I’m naturally curious about how biological things work. I’m especially interested in genetics, and I enjoy learning how genes work and how they affect biological systems.
